If your payment was not processed despite the correct information, log into Klarna and select "Report a Problem" so that your invoice will be suspended. I have not received my order. What's happening to my bill?
Of course, you do not have to pay the bill until you have received your order. If the payment deadline is approaching and you still have no information about the status of your delivery, contact the retailer. To do this, log in to Klarna and select "Report a problem" so that your bill will be paused until your order arrives.
The total amount on my invoice is incorrect. What should I do?
If the invoice amount does not match the amount of your order, you should not pay the invoice at first. Please contact the dealer directly to correct the invoice.
